PAYMENT METHODS IN FINLAND:

Prepayment or cash on delivery
Prepayment
When a customer has chosen to pay by Paypal for a product from our online shop they will receive a confirmation by email. The confirmation will include details of the products and the payment details. The customer pays for the products in advance through Paypal.

Cash on delivery
When a customer has chosen to pay for a product by cash on delivery, the product will be sent to the nearest post office in Finland. The products have to be paid for in the post office before they can be redeemed. Please note: Prepayment is 4 euros cheaper than cash on delivery.

PAYMENT METHODS OVERSEAS:
Goods that are sent overseas must always be paid for in advance, along with the postage fees by Paypal, Klarna Checkout or Advance Payment. Orders can be placed via our webshop or at the following email address: sales@naturestreasures.fi or myynti@luonnonaarreaitta.fi

Payment can be made securely and easily online.
You can choose between following payment methods:Pay Tray secure online payment or Klarna Checkout Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard) payment (OP; Nordea, Danske Bank, POP, Aktia) – all equally safe or Advance Payment.

Products and prices

All prices shown in our website include tax 24%. If ordering to countries outside EU, taxes will be removed at checkout automaticly. So far we do not sell through our webshop outside EU. Please contact us by mail info@naturestreasures.fi to serve you, too.

Return policy

The products can be returned within 14 days of receiving. Products must be unopened and re-saleable. Always contact us via e-mail in cases of international returns, end you will get further instructions. Please note that delivery costs are not refundable in international shippings.

Damaged or wrong items

Please inspect your entire order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or in error, please contact our customer service immediately in our e-mail info@naturestreasures or by phone +358 50 374 2743/daytime from 9.00 am till 5.00 pm. Damages, defects, missing items or any errors must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order. We will make arrangements for a replacement to be delivered to you free of charge.
